About Me

Nobody handed me a roadmap.

I grew up in Nepal, in a world that had very defined ideas about what  a woman should be, and what she shouldn't dare to become. Engineering wasn't it. Leadership wasn't it. Moving countries and building a global career? Absolutely not.

I did it anyway.

I built a career in engineering from the ground up. I crossed continents. I climbed into corporate leadership and today I lead a global team of quality managers- navigating cultures, boardrooms, and high- stakes decisions along the way.

But I made almost every major decision alone. Some unexpected mentors along the way,  a tentative roadmap - and a lot of resilience, instinct and a lot of figuring it out the hard way.

I succeeded. But I also lost time - on paths that didn't fit, in rooms where I shrunk myself, chasing versions of success that weren't mine.

I don't want that for you.

Whether you're a young person standing at the edge of your future with no map - or an ambitious woman who has already proves herself and is ready to be seen - I have built this for you.

Because the world needs more people who show up fully, lead boldly, and refuse to wait for permission.

That starts here.
